“ Exquisite Mexican cuisine with amazing flavors... After tasting the house made sweet bread you will make that face of... Oh yeah! This is really good... Then, the fruit, juice and main course... Wow! I'm lacking words to explain those flavors... A beautiful place built in an old "casona" (mansion built in the XIX century) and an amazing environment... A must if you can.... RSVP is very suggested if you don't want to wait for an open table.... (NB. I went to Saks San Angel @ Mexico City) ”
“ I visited the Saturday Bazaar early in the morning and stopped by Saks for breakfast. The atmosphere was fantastic, offering a deep sense of Mexican culture and history. The staff were welcoming, and the service was quick and friendly. I only had some bread, so I didn’t get to try the main menu, but the overall experience was great. Definitely recommend visiting for the ambiance and hospitality! ”
“ The lady that recieves the guests was kind of despot (yesterday 7 june 16:00) onfriendly! The mole is delicious!!! But i found a hair in the rice!! That is not good in an elegant restaurant like Saks. I got a new plate with mole but...maybe in other restaurants wil give you a free drink to apologyze to the client? The alfajores taste really nice... ”
“ Beautiful hidden gem just off the park. Just stopped in for coffee and a rest but decided to eat too — and so glad we did. The tuna crudo was the best I’ve ever had with a bit of aioli and thinly sliced avocado. Divine. The pork tacos were also a hit, with a delicious array of accompanying sauces. We enjoyed our meal on the lovely terrace but the interior is not to be missed , it’s like walking into a a beaux arts palace. Stunningly beautiful. Next time I’ll come here for brunch before the art market. ”

( To enjoy it at its most popular point go on a Saturday where the Market and Bazaar Sabado are open) Eating at Saks is highly recommended because the house where it’s located is a perfect sample of a true colonial San Angel house and their food a true representation of of Mexican cuisine . ”
